Nannies: There is no cost to applicants to use our site

Families: There are various membership opportunities available to meet the budget of your family.  With pricing starting at $39.00 for three days there is no way you can go wrong with our site. All membership cost are non-refundable.  We cannot guarantee you will find the right applicant, that is why we offer you to search through our database before paying.

How do I get a username and login?

Once you have chosen the membership for your family and your credit card has charged you will receive a username and password to login within one business day.

How long will it take to complete the job posting section?

We estimate that it will take from 15-30 minutes.  It just depends on the information you provide for your posting.

How can you guarantee the applicants I see in the (search applicants) will be available when I pay formembership?

There is no way we can guarantee that the applicants you see in the database will be available by the time you pay and receive your login information.  It is important to remember that the applicants are actively seeking employment so it is important that you contact applicants immediately.  We update our resume postings weekly, and every 30 days we clean out the old resumes.  Important Note: applicants are free to contact families once they have posted their resumes.

What if my nanny does not work out? 

If you choose the Deluxe and Superior Packages you will have a guarantee on your candidate.

What if I constantly contact applicants and I don’t get a response?

The great benefit about using our database is that there are more nannies than families and someone should fit the needs of your family.

Are the applicants on this site screened?

No, This is a online database service where applicants post their resumes.  We do not in anyway screen the applicants.  However, we do look over the resumes before they are posted.    With 3 of the membership packages we offer a nanny booklet that is filled with forms to help in the screening process of the nanny.

We also offer background services with 3 of the membership packages to put your mind at ease.  Ala carte services are available for families who benefit from packages that do not include background services.

What is the difference in the memberships?

We ask that you visit the membership page to get a better idea of the packages offered.  There is a variety of packages available to fit the budget of your family.

What type of guidelines do you provide for families new at hiring nannies?

We offer a Nanny Booklet that is available for most packages.  A 37 page guide that is filled with forms to guide you in the screening, hiring, and interviewing process.
